There is a growing movement on Facebook to show solidarity with the Russian feminist Group Pussy Riot by Boycotting the Russian 2014 Winter Olympics. There is even a vote to honor Pussy Riot Time Woman Of The Year. This is important as mainstream media not only recognizes Pussy Riot but places the group among the Worlds Most Influential Woman.
Although I can't find a petition on line and I'd dearly like to author one it's not my place for a number of reasons to do so. I am not a citizen of Russia and being a self promotional blogger I couldn't do it with a clear conscious even if I felt I was intelligently on par with Pussy Riot or had a good enough grasp of the message. One Pussy Riot Message I understand is that they speak for themselves.
But even world leaders are openly questioning Putin..
